A deep, velvety pour of blackberry gin, kissed by rose.Fragrant, bold, and just a little wild—like a summer evening that lingers.

Ingredients

• 30ml Blackberry Gin
• 20ml Crème de Mure
• 10ml Rose Syrup
• 10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir clockwise with a mixing spoon until the sides of the glass feel cold. Strain into a chilled coupe and serve immediately.
