A collision of sun and smoke, bright grapefruit, wild rosemary, and mezcal’s slow-burning soul woven into every sip. One to warm up your winter.

Ingredients

• 60ml Mezcal
• 15ml Rosemary Syrup
• 50ml Grapefruit Juice
• Generous Splash Crémant

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, mix the mezcal, syrup and juice with plenty of ice until the sides feel cold, strain into a chilled glass and add a good splash chilled crémant, Garnish with fresh grapefruit and rosemary and serve straight away.
