Classic Hugo Spritz

Spritz, the ubiquitous aperitif, often sidelined by its bitter counterparts, the Hugo spritz pays homage to all that is fresh and floral, Elederflower, Lemon and Mint make for a drink that sings of the sunshine...

Ingredients

• 30ml St Germain= Elderflower Liqueur
• 120ml Prosecco
• 30ml Soda
• 2 Sprigs Mint
• 1 Lemon Wheel

Instructions

1. In a Spritz glass, add the St Germain and Mint, Muddle for a few seconds then sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add a few ice cubes and top with the prosecco and soda, gently stir to combine.
3. Garnish with the other mint sprig and lemon wheel and serve immediately
