Ingredients

For One Drink

• 20ml Gin
• 20ml Crème De Mure
• 10ml Bramble Syrup
• 10ml Campari
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• 50ml Sparkling Dorset Cider
• Ice

Instructions

1. Build the first 5 ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir clockwise with a bar spoon for 10 seconds. Top with the cider, stir once more and serve
