Originally named after a Rose varietal, Herme developed the harmony of Rose, Raspberry & Lychee that blends into a flavour profile that is so much more than the sum of its parts. Floral, feminine and fragrant, this sip is as elegant as it is delicious.

If you cannot find coconut scented gin, any floral gin will work here.

Ingredients

• 30ml Gin, I use Eden Mill Coconut & Passionfruit
• 30ml Lychee Liqueur
• 15ml Raspberry Syrup
• 3 Drops Rose Water
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• 200ml Soda water to top up
• Ice to serve

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients aside from the soda to a chilled glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds to combine then top with soda, it will form an ombre effect. Gently stir with a bar spoon to mix just before serving.
