Ingredients

• 2 Ripe Nectarine Slices
• 30ml Fresh Peach Juice
• 30ml Spiced Rum
• 20ml Crème de Peche
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• 150ml Ginger Beer to top up
• Ice to serve

Instructions

1. Add the nectarine slices and peach juice to the base of a tumbler and gently muddle. Add the rum, lemon and crème de peche and muddle again.
2. Add a few ice cubes, top up with ginger beer and give everything a final stir to combine. Drink immediately
