Portland Panache Rosé Vermouth Spritz
I am often overawed at the magic of life. Sometimes souls are brought together, and they just click. Geographical boundaries have no hold over the bonds that are formed.
Each day I am grateful to have a few such friends in my life. Like minded beings who resonate deep within me. One such is my beautiful friend Eva. We share the same outlook, interests, and hobbies, we both adore our furbabies and we are both life’s ‘little nuggets’ of humans, yes someone my height is rare to find!
Jokes aside, Eva is the most beautiful soul inside and out and I count her as both my mentor and friend. Resilient and utterly kind, she is selfless in all that she does. So, this drink is in honour of her, A little spritz inspired by her Gin Punch.
The only thing is, are we talking Portland Oregon, or Portland Dorset….
