Ingredients

• 75ml Fino Sherry
• 100ml Lemon Soda or Sprite
• Ice, Mint Sprig & Lime to serve

Instructions

1. Pop a large glass in the freezer to chill. When ready fill a glass with ice, and lime wedges. Pour over the sherry & soda and give a quick stir with a bar spoon. Smack the mint sprig on your hand to release the volatile aromas then plunge into the drink. Serve immediately
