Snowdrop Fizz

Ingredients

• 20ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
• 5ml Thyme Syrup
• 100ml Prosecco

Instructions

1. Combine the bergamot Liqueur & Thyme Syrup in a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds clockwise to chill.
2. Pour into a chilled glass, top with prosecco, and agitate with a bar spoon.
3. Serve immediately.
