Anyone who knows me, knows how much I adore an amaro spritz. Bitter notes have my heart so my website wouldn’t be complete without an ode to my favourite tipple. Not made the traditional way, but just how I like it,

Aperol & Campari Spritz

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I adore an amaro spritz. Bitter notes have my heart so my website wouldn’t be complete without an ode to my favourite tipple. Not made the traditional way, but just how I like it.

Ingredients

• 30ml Aperol
• 30ml Campari
• 90ml Prosecco
• 30ml Ginger Ale
• Ice to serve.

Instructions

1. Simply add the Aperol & Campari to a glass of your choice and add a couple of ice cubes. Stir clockwise for 15 seconds to chill then add more ice. Top with Prosecco then add the ginger ale over a bar spoon to prevent foaming.
2. Give it one more gentle stir, garnish with fruit of your choice and enjoy at sundown.
