Ingredients

• 40ml Dry Gin
• 20ml Dry Vermouth
• 20ml Yuzu Liqueur
• 20ml Shiso Liqueur
• 10ml Yuzu Juice
• 10ml Yuzu Syrup
• Citrus Jelly Shapes, Boba Pearls, Citrus Slices & Ice to Serve

Instructions

1. Fill a large glass with ice, jelly shapes and boba pearls. In a mixing glass, add all the cocktail ingredients with 6-7 ice cubes and stir clockwise until the sides of the glass feel cold. Strain over the Jelly and Boba and serve with a spoon and a straw. Have fun!
