Bumbu Rum Alexander

Luxury is not about expense, it’s about appreciation. Simple is sometimes best, especially when lingered over and relished. This cocktail is just that, few ingredients, melded together in an unctuous serve, to sip, savour and satisfy.

Ingredients

• 30ml Bumbu Rum Cream
• 30ml Bumbu Original Rum
• 15ml Single Cream
• 3 Drops Aztec Chocolate Bitters
• Fresh Nutmeg & Cinnamon, grated.

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients aside from the bitters and spices in a Boston shaker with 4 cubes of ice. Shake vigorously until the sides of the shaker feel cold. Strain through a hawthorn strainer into a chilled coupe.
2. Grate over some fresh nutmeg & cinnamon, dash with the bitters and serve immediately.
