Ingredients

For one drink

• 50ml Spiced rum
• 1/2 Lime, squeezed
• 250ml Ginger Beer, Ginger Ale or Dorset Ginger Drink
• Ice to mix

Instructions

1. Add the Rum and Lime to a mixing glass with a few ice cubes and stir clockwise for 30 seconds to chill.
2. Strain into a chilled glass and top with your ginger drink of choice
3. Serve immediately
