Friends, wild as nature itself, at their core allow me to be free. Free to act as I please, safe in the knowledge that even though I am creating my own tale, they will always support.

This recipe is born of thorned, stolen brambles, primal and swollen in the late summer heat. Its namesake my wonderful friend, as free and wild as the berries themselves. It sings to her love of all things bitter, yet tainted with a sweetness that echoes her very soul.
